Legacy System Migration
Moving to state-of-the-art technology with Identity & Access Management (IAM)
The Objective
Singlife, a large multi-national Insurance conglomerate wanted to sunset its legacy in-house solutions and migrate over 100K users to a more comprehensive cloud-based modernized software platform and automate application onboarding & user level authentication.
This project was about building & implementing a secure IAM solution to control user access, eliminate instances of data breaches, identity theft, and illegal access to confidential information and provide protection against ransomware, hacking, phishing, and other kinds of cyber-attacks thereby improving the system performance, security and competitiveness of the organization.
Our team was involved in facilitating the global deployment of an IAM solution via a leading Software-as-a-Service service provider to provide the users with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO) technology.
