The Challenge
The challenge was to digitize all the activities performed offline with minimal but impactful features in synchronization with the mobile app.
Need for the document management system to eliminate endless piles of paperwork from legal forms, contracts, disclosures, agreements, property brochures, etc.
The Solution
We created a Web App, APIs, and Data Systems that facilitate admins to view property transactions in real-time, monitor customer and other admin user’s activities, and generate essential reports required for business analysis.
Implementing a Document Management System helped Briix increase efficiency and keep all their business documents well organized for easier retrieval and tracking.

Admins can monitor the customer's activities at high levels and execute property trading workflow as per their requirements.
Admin can also help the customers by assisting them in finding their desired properties, whenever a new property (matching their requirements) is uploaded on the portal.
