API was first designed through the integration layer allowing flexibility and growth with user experience, backend platforms, and third-party services. Our services can be consumed through traditional means in-house, by our agents, and agnostically through any distribution method. Internal operations can be automated and published independently of the backend platform that holds the functionality.
Following are some of the core services developed by TransformHub using a Standardized Development Environments:
1. DMS (Document Management System) is the core platform document storage service at Vault. It provides access to create, update, retrieve, and search documents across the platform and its services.
2. Policy API provides access to policy-related data in the Operational Data Store and requires 3rd party systems.
3. Claims API provides access to claims-related data in the ODS and requires 3rd party systems.
4. PCS (Platform Communications Service) is the core platform communications service. It sends emails through a postfix relay to the MS365 email framework.
5. Trustpilot Customer Claims Feedback Service is a Third-party integration service that allows Vault to send automated review invitations (and more) through its TrustPilot account.
6. Integration Service connects with a Third-party Integration system and populates data into Vault Operational Data Store periodically.
The Results
We created a Standardized API Request Response. This allows us to process traffic uniformly within the platform and across multiple services. It also allows maintaining a single Service/API template that can give the majority of boilerplate, SRE, and capabilities out of the box and colossal predictability and standardization across the stack.Start Your Success Story
